Terms & ConditionsUpon booking your important party event, we do require a 20% deposit to secure your event date. Any cancellations made after deposit received will incur 5% of your deposit received.
Confirmation of final guest numbers must be received 7 days prior to your event and balance of invoice must be received into our account 4 days prior to your event date. Menus are final after 7 days prior to your event date and cannot be adjusted after 7th day.
Final guest numbers are to be confirmed 7 days prior to your event date and cannot be decreased after the 7th day, however if you would like to increase guest numbers after 7th day, we can accommodate up to but not anytime after 2 days prior to your event date.
